1.2 The Platform enables users to browse events, book tickets, interact with event organisers, and access related event services. The Platform also enables organisers to list and promote their events to users.
1.3 The Company acts primarily as a technology platform and facilitator and does not independently organise, host, conduct, or manage events listed on the Platform.
1.4 By accessing or using the Platform, users, organisers, and visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.5 This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), Information Technology Act, 2000, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable laws to the extent relevant.

3.4 Event organisers may independently act as separate Data Controllers for personal data collected, used, or processed by them in relation to their Events, promotions, communications, or services.
3.5 The Company does not independently verify all information uploaded by organisers and users acknowledge that certain data processing activities may additionally be governed by the privacy practices of the respective organisers, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
4.1 The Company collects and processes only such personal data as is reasonably necessary for operation of the Platform, ticket booking services, customer support, event management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

8.3 Information relating to completed Events may continue to be retained for customer support, reporting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, analytics, and historical business records.

8.5 Where retention is no longer necessary, the Company shall take commercially reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify personal data.

16.2 Event Organisers may independently provide external links, social media pages, promotional websites, venue information, performer details, or third-party booking references through the Platform.
16.3 The Company does not control, monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, security standards, content, or policies of any third-party websites or external services.
16.4 Users accessing third-party websites, services, or applications do so at their own discretion and risk, and are advised to independently review the applicable privacy policies and terms of such third parties.
16.5 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, unauthorized access, misuse of personal information, or disputes arising from interactions with third-party websites, applications, or external service providers.

19.2 Subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained herein, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, proceedings, or matters arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Company's data processing activities.
