1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the event ticketing platform, mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform") operated and managed by Mindreams Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
1.2 The Platform enables Users to discover, browse, and book tickets for various events listed by third-party organizers, promoters, venues, performers, institutions, and event managers.
1.3 The Company acts solely as a technology intermediary and facilitator for enabling event listings, bookings, and related digital services and does not independently organize or conduct Events.
1.4 By accessing or using the Platform, Users and Organizers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Users, Organizers, visitors, customers, vendors, performers, partners, and any other persons accessing or using the Platform in any manner.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, ticket purchases, event listings, promotional activities, transactions, communications, and services made available through the Platform.
2.3 Separate policies including the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Organizer Policies, Community Guidelines, and any other policies published on the Platform shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any specific policy or agreement, the specific policy or agreement shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
3.1 "Platform" shall mean the mobile application, website, software, and related services operated and managed by Mindreams Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for facilitating event discovery, listing, booking, ticketing, and related services.
3.2 "User" shall mean any individual, customer, visitor, attendee, or person accessing or using the Platform for browsing, booking, purchasing tickets, or availing services.
3.3 "Organizer" shall mean any individual, company, entity, promoter, performer, institution, or third party listing, hosting, conducting, promoting, or managing an event through the Platform.
3.4 "Event" shall mean any show, concert, exhibition, conference, sports event, seminar, workshop, gathering, performance, festival, party, or any other activity listed on the Platform.
3.5 "Ticket" shall mean a valid booking confirmation, QR code, digital pass, entry pass, or any other authorization issued through the Platform for entry to an Event.
3.6 "Content" shall include all text, images, videos, graphics, logos, event descriptions, promotional material, and information uploaded or displayed on the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, the User and Organizer agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies of the Platform.
5.1 The Platform is solely a technology intermediary and facilitator that enables Organizers to list Events and Users to discover and book tickets for such Events.
5.2 The Platform does not organize, host, manage, conduct, supervise, endorse, verify, or control any Event listed on the Platform.
5.3 All Event-related information including venue details, schedules, pricing, artist participation, seating arrangements, facilities, safety measures, permissions, and other details are provided directly by the respective Organizers and are displayed on the Platform on an "as provided" basis.
5.4 The Platform does not independently verify the authenticity, legality, feasibility, safety, quality, or accuracy of any Event, Organizer, performer, venue, or related information.
5.5 Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, background verification, and assessment before booking tickets or attending any Event.
5.6 The Platform shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, change in schedule, fraud, misrepresentation, poor quality, overcrowding, injury, death, theft, misconduct, technical failures, performer absence, venue disputes, or any loss or damage arising out of or relating to any Event.
5.7 Nothing contained on the Platform shall be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by the Platform in relation to any Event or Organizer.
6.1 The Platform may only be used by persons who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
6.2 By using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into transactions through the Platform.
6.3 Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration, booking, or while using the Platform.
6.4 The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access of any User or Organizer found to be providing false information, engaging in unlawful activities, or violating these Terms and Conditions.
6.5 The Platform may require additional verification, identification documents, or KYC information from Organizers or Users at its sole discretion.
7.1 Certain features of the Platform may require Users or Organizers to create an account and provide registration details including name, email address, mobile number, and other necessary information.
7.2 Users and Organizers shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, OTPs, and account information.
7.3 Any activity carried out through a registered account shall be deemed to have been conducted by the account holder, and the Platform shall not be liable for any unauthorized use resulting from failure to secure account credentials.
7.4 Users and Organizers agree to immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach relating to their account.
7.5 The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent, suspicious, unlawful, or abusive activities.
8.1 Organizers are solely responsible for all Events listed on the Platform, including the legality, conduct, management, execution, safety, quality, and delivery of such Events.
8.2 Organizers shall ensure that all information uploaded or published on the Platform, including Event descriptions, schedules, venue details, pricing, performer participation, seating arrangements, and promotional materials, is accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.
8.3 Organizers shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permissions, approvals, NOCs, insurance, and governmental authorizations required for conducting the Event.
8.4 Organizers shall be solely responsible for crowd management, security arrangements, emergency response measures, venue compliance, fire safety compliance, public safety, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8.5 The Platform does not independently verify any Event listing or Organizer information and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, fraud, cancellation, misconduct, injury, death, losses, damages, or disputes arising from any Event.
8.6 Organizers agree that they shall be solely liable for all claims, complaints, refunds, penalties, legal proceedings, consumer disputes, or liabilities arising out of or relating to their Events.
9.1 The Platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, suitability, authenticity, or success of any Event listed on the Platform.
9.2 The Platform does not guarantee that any performer, artist, speaker, guest, or participant advertised for an Event will appear or perform as scheduled.
9.3 The Platform shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, technical issue, venue change, denied entry, overcrowding, poor event management, or dissatisfaction relating to any Event.
9.4 Users acknowledge and agree that attendance at Events is entirely at their own discretion and risk.
9.5 The Platform provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9.6 The Platform shall not be responsible for any representations, promises, warranties, or statements made by Organizers, venues, performers, or third parties.
10.1 A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of a valid booking confirmation or Ticket by the Platform.
10.2 Tickets purchased through the Platform are valid only for the specific Event, date, time, and venue mentioned therein and cannot be exchanged unless expressly permitted.
10.3 Users are responsible for verifying all Event details, including date, venue, timing, seating category, and pricing before confirming a booking.
10.4 The Platform reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking suspected to be fraudulent, unlawful, suspicious, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10.5 Tickets shall not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, duplicated, or misused in any manner unless expressly permitted by the Organizer or applicable law.
10.6 The Platform shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or unauthorized use of Tickets after successful delivery to the User.
11.1 All payments made through the Platform shall be processed through third-party payment gateways, banking partners, or payment service providers.
11.2 The Platform shall not be responsible for payment failures, transaction delays, banking issues, unauthorized transactions, or technical errors arising from third-party payment systems.
11.3 Users agree to pay all applicable ticket charges, convenience fees, taxes, processing charges, and other applicable fees at the time of booking.
11.4 The Platform reserves the right to modify convenience fees, service charges, or payment terms at any time without prior notice.
11.5 Organizer settlements, payouts, commissions, deductions, taxes, and related financial arrangements shall be governed by separate agreements or policies applicable to Organizers.
11.6 In the event of failed transactions where amounts are debited but bookings are not confirmed, refunds shall be processed subject to verification and applicable banking timelines.
12.1 Entry to any Event shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and rules prescribed by the Organizer and/or venue management.
12.2 Organizers and venue authorities reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person for security reasons, misconduct, intoxication, illegal activities, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with venue policies.
12.3 Users may be required to carry valid identification proof, booking confirmation, or Tickets for verification at the venue.
12.4 Prohibited items including weapons, narcotics, hazardous materials, inflammable substances, or any restricted items as determined by the Organizer or venue shall not be permitted inside the venue.
12.5 The Platform shall not be liable for denial of entry, removal from venue, confiscation of prohibited items, or any disputes arising between Users and venue authorities or Organizers.
12.6 Users attending Events agree to comply with all venue regulations, safety instructions, security procedures, and applicable laws.
13.1 Users and Organizers agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
13.2 Users and Organizers shall not upload, post, transmit, or publish any content that is false, illegal, obscene, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or violates the rights of any third party.
13.3 Users shall not engage in unauthorized ticket resale, ticket scalping, duplication of Tickets, hacking, data scraping, phishing, reverse engineering, or interference with the functioning of the Platform.
13.4 Organizers shall not list fake Events, misleading information, unlawful activities, or Events conducted without required permissions or approvals.
13.5 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access of any User or Organizer found violating these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
14.1 Organizers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, approvals, permissions, licenses, and authority to conduct and promote the Events listed on the Platform.
14.2 Organizers warrant that all information, advertisements, promotional materials, and Event details provided to the Platform are accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.
14.3 Organizers shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws relating to public safety, taxation, labour, fire safety, crowd management, noise regulations, food safety, liquor licensing, intellectual property, and other regulatory requirements.
14.4 Organizers agree that they shall be solely responsible for any claims, injuries, deaths, losses, damages, consumer disputes, or legal proceedings arising out of their Events.
14.5 Organizers shall ensure that their Events do not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties.
14.6 Organizers agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Platform against all claims, actions, proceedings, penalties, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or relating to their Events or breach of these Terms.
15.1 The Platform reserves the right to remove, suspend, reject, modify, restrict, or disable any Event listing, User account, Organizer account, or Content at its sole discretion without prior notice.
15.2 The Platform may request additional verification documents, licenses, permissions, KYC documents, or information from Organizers or Users at any time.
15.3 The Platform reserves the right to cancel bookings, withhold payouts, suspend transactions, or report activities to authorities where fraudulent, suspicious, illegal, or abusive activities are suspected.
15.4 The Platform may investigate complaints, disputes, violations, or misuse of the Platform and take appropriate actions including suspension or permanent termination of access.
15.5 The exercise of any rights by the Platform under these Terms shall not create any liability or obligation upon the Platform towards any User or Organizer.
16.1 All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, design, layout, trademarks, logos, graphics, content, source code, features, and functionality, shall exclusively belong to Mindreams Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
16.2 Users and Organizers shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent of the Company.
16.3 Organizers grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, publish, and promote Event-related content uploaded on the Platform for operational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
16.4 Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as granting any ownership rights or licenses in favour of Users or Organizers over the intellectual property of the Platform.
17.1 The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services including payment gateways, banking partners, ticket scanners, mapping services, communication providers, analytics tools, venues, or external websites.
17.2 The Platform does not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, products, websites, or systems.
17.3 Users acknowledge that use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies of such third parties.
17.4 The Platform shall not be liable for any interruption, failure, delay, unauthorized transaction, data breach, loss, damage, or issue arising from third-party services or systems.

19.1 The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary and shall not be responsible for the conduct, management, quality, legality, safety, execution, or outcome of any Event listed on the Platform.
19.2 The Platform shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, performer absence, denied entry, overcrowding, injury, illness, death, theft, property damage, misconduct, fraud, technical issue, or any loss arising out of or relating to any Event.
19.3 The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or reputational harm.
19.4 In no event shall the total liability of the Platform exceed the convenience fee or service fee charged by the Platform in relation to the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
19.5 Users attend Events entirely at their own risk, and Organizers shall remain solely liable for all Event-related obligations, liabilities, claims, and disputes.
20.1 Users and Organizers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
20.2 Organizers specifically agree to indemnify the Platform against all consumer complaints, legal proceedings, regulatory actions, refunds, penalties, or third-party claims relating to their Events.
20.3 The obligations under this clause shall survive termination or discontinuation of use of the Platform.
21.1 The Platform shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, cancellation, or inability to perform obligations arising out of events beyond its reasonable control.
21.2 Such events shall include acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, governmental restrictions, strikes, internet failures, cyber-attacks, power outages, technical failures, or failure of third-party services.
21.3 The Platform shall not be responsible for any losses or damages suffered by Users or Organizers due to cancellation, postponement, or disruption of Events arising from such Force Majeure events.
22.1 The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate access to any User or Organizer account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
22.2 The Platform may remove any Event listing, booking, Content, or account that it believes violates these Terms or may expose the Platform to legal or reputational risk.
22.3 Users and Organizers may discontinue use of the Platform at any time; however, obligations and liabilities accrued prior to such termination shall continue to survive.
22.4 Suspension or termination by the Platform shall not create any liability upon the Platform for any loss, damages, refund claims, or business interruption suffered by any User or Organizer.
23.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
23.2 Any disputes, claims, controversies, or differences arising out of or relating to the Platform, Events, bookings, transactions, or these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions between the Parties.
23.3 In the event the dispute is not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, the same shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
23.4 The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
23.5 Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
24.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties relating to use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
24.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24.3 Failure by the Platform to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
24.4 Users and Organizers shall not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent of the Platform.
24.5 The Platform may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or third party without restriction.
24.6 Notices, communications, or updates may be provided electronically through the Platform, email, SMS, notifications, or other communication channels.
24.7 The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of the provisions.
25.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect:
25.2 The "Last Updated" date mentioned in these Terms and Conditions shall be revised upon any material modification or update.
25.3 Significant changes to these Terms and Conditions may be communicated through the Platform, email notifications, application notifications, website announcements, or other reasonable communication methods.
25.4 Continued access or use of the Platform after publication of updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

The Platform shall make reasonable efforts to address and resolve grievances within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
In compliance with applicable laws, the Platform may appoint a Grievance Officer for handling complaints and regulatory matters. Details of such Grievance Officer shall be updated on the Platform from time to time.
Users acknowledge that issues specifically relating to Event quality, Event cancellation, venue management, performer conduct, or Organizer-related disputes may be redirected to the respective Organizer for resolution, and the Platform shall not be independently liable for the same.
