1.1 This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs ticket cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, failed transactions, and related matters arising from the use of the event discovery and ticket booking platform, website, mobile application, and related services ("Platform") operated by Mindreams Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
1.2 The Platform enables Users to discover Events, purchase tickets, register for Events, and interact with third-party Event Organisers through a technology-based facilitation service.
1.3 By purchasing tickets, registering for Events, accessing the Platform, or using related services, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy along with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Platform.
1.4 This Policy is intended to clarify refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, payment disputes, organizer responsibilities, and limitations of liability relating to ticket purchases and Event-related transactions conducted through the Platform.
2.1 This Policy applies to all ticket bookings, event registrations, payments, transactions, and purchases made through the Platform by Users, customers, Event Organisers, accessing the Platform.
2.2 This Policy shall apply to all Events listed on the Platform including concerts, entertainment events, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, sports events, private events, social gatherings, and other ticketed or registration-based activities.
2.3 Users are advised to carefully review Event details, schedules, venue information, pricing, age restrictions, and Organizer-specific terms prior to making any booking or payment.
2.4 By completing a booking transaction, Users acknowledge and accept this Policy and any Event-specific refund or cancellation conditions disclosed on the Platform.
3.1 The Company operates solely as a technology platform and intermediary facilitating discovery of Events, ticket bookings, payment processing integrations, and communication between Users and Event Organisers.
3.2 The Company does not independently organize, host, manage, supervise, conduct, endorse, or control Events listed on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.5 Users acknowledge that all Event-related decisions including admission policies, seating, Event conduct, entry restrictions, age limitations, security protocols, and Event execution remain under the control of the respective Event Organiser.
3.6 The Company shall not independently be liable for losses, damages, inconvenience, injury, dissatisfaction, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other claims arising from any Event or Organizer-related conduct beyond its role as a technology facilitator.
4.1 All ticket purchases and Event registrations made through the Platform are subject to successful payment confirmation and availability of tickets at the time of booking.
4.2 Users are responsible for carefully reviewing Event details including date, timing, venue, ticket category, seating information, pricing, age restrictions, and other relevant terms prior to completing any booking.
4.3 Once a booking is confirmed and a ticket is generated, the booking shall generally be considered final and binding, subject to the refund eligibility provisions contained in this Policy.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any booking in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse of the Platform, payment irregularities, duplicate transactions, technical abuse, or violation of applicable laws or Platform policies.
4.5 Ticket prices displayed on the Platform may include base ticket price, taxes, convenience fees, internet handling fees, payment gateway charges, processing charges, and other applicable charges.
4.6 Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of the contact details, email address, mobile number, and booking information provided during the transaction process. The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by Users.
5.1 Convenience fees, internet handling charges, platform fees, payment gateway charges, processing charges, transaction fees, taxes, and similar service charges collected during ticket booking are generally non-refundable.
5.2 Such charges are collected towards operational, technical, payment processing, infrastructure, and service facilitation costs incurred by the Platform and third-party payment providers.
5.3 Even in cases where ticket amounts are eligible for refund, convenience fees and related service charges may continue to remain non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated by the Company or the respective Event Organiser.
5.4 Users acknowledge and agree that payment gateway charges and banking transaction fees may additionally be deducted by financial institutions or third-party payment providers during refund processing.
5.5 The Company reserves the right to determine refundability of convenience fees, promotional discounts, cashback benefits, wallet credits, coupons, or service charges on a case-by-case basis.
6.1 Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances expressly provided under this Policy or where approved by the respective Event Organiser.
6.2 Subject to verification and applicable conditions, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

6.4 In cases involving technical failures or payment issues, Users may be required to provide transaction details, payment references, screenshots, bank statements, or additional verification documents.
6.5 Refunds shall not automatically be granted merely upon submission of a request and shall remain subject to internal review, Organizer confirmation where applicable, fraud verification, and payment reconciliation processes.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests found to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, duplicate, or inconsistent with this Policy.
13.1 The Company shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption, delay, refund failure, loss, or disruption arising from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 Such force majeure events may include, without limitation:
13.3 In the event of any force majeure situation affecting an Event or the Platform, refund eligibility, rescheduling decisions, credits, or alternate arrangements shall remain subject to the policies of the respective Event Organiser and operational feasibility.
13.4 The Company shall not independently be responsible for consequential losses including travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or other incidental damages arising from force majeure situations.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company's role is limited solely to providing a technology platform facilitating Event discovery, ticket booking, payment integration, and related services.
14.2 The Company shall not be liable for:
14.3 In all circumstances, the aggregate liability of the Company relating to any booking, transaction, Event, refund claim, or dispute shall not exceed the base ticket amount actually paid by the User for the relevant booking, excluding convenience fees, taxes, gateway charges, and ancillary service fees.
14.4 The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, or speculative damages including loss of business, profits, goodwill, data, opportunity, or reputation.
14.5 Users acknowledge that attendance at Events involves inherent risks and agree that participation in Events shall be entirely at their own discretion and risk.
15.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, update, or replace this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

15.5 Continued use of the Platform or continued booking of Events following publication of revised terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
16.1 This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
16.2 Subject to the dispute resolution provisions contained herein, courts situated at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, proceedings, or matters arising out of or relating to this Policy, ticket bookings, refunds, cancellations, or use of the Platform.
16.3 Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions outside India acknowledge that transactions conducted through the Platform shall remain subject to applicable Indian laws and jurisdiction provisions contained herein.
17.1 Negotiation: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, ticket bookings, refunds, Event-related transactions, or use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between the concerned parties.
17.2 The party raising the dispute shall provide written notice specifying the nature of the dispute, following which the parties shall attempt resolution within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of such notice.
17.3 Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the matter may be referred to mediation or alternative dispute resolution proceedings mutually agreed between the parties.
17.4 The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17.5 If negotiation or mediation fails, the parties may approach the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
17.6 Court proceedings shall be considered a remedy of last resort, particularly where urgent interim relief, enforcement rights, or prevention of irreparable harm is required.
18.1 For queries relating to bookings, cancellations, refunds, payment issues, Event access, technical concerns, or grievance-related matters, Users may contact the Company through the official customer support channels made available on the Platform.
18.2 Customer Support Details:
18.3 The Company may appoint a Grievance Officer in accordance with applicable laws and intermediary guidelines. Details of such Grievance Officer may be updated from time to time on the Platform.
18.4 The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to review and address grievances, refund-related complaints, or support requests within a reasonable timeframe.
18.5 Users acknowledge that disputes specifically relating to Event quality, performer conduct, venue arrangements, Event execution, or Organizer-related obligations may be redirected to the respective Event Organiser for resolution.
